BACK IN 1956 WHEN I WAS A LITTLE KID, WHEN ONE WESTERN SHOW AFTER THE OTHER CAME ON TV, I ASKED MY MOTHER TO BUY ME A WESTERN COWBOY SHIRT. I ALREADY HAD CAP PISTOLS AND A COWBOY FIVE AND DIME HAT. I SAT ON THE FLOOR EATING HORN AND HARDART STICKY BUNS WATCHING RIN TIN TIN AND THE CISCO KID.

I ALWAYS LOVED THE CISCO KID'S SHIRT, I FELT THAT ROY ROGERS HAD THE BEST SHIRTS GOING, BUT I SURE LOVED THAT BLACK AND WHITE FLOWER SHIRT OF CISCO'S, SO I WAS VERY DELIGHTED TO SEE ROCKMOUNT'S VERSION OF THE CISCO KID SHIRT, I NOW OWN 64 ROCKMOUNT SHIRTS AND STILL COLLECTING MORE LIKE THE BUFFALO BILL SERIES, AS THE PAST COMES ALIVE, I'M PLAYING COWBOY AGAIN. shirt from ROCKMOUNT's 1954 line.  They attended
"Western Fantasy," Denver's biggest fundraiser of the year. 
One of the great things about our business is that from time to time we find an unknown design we made 50 years ago. 
When I first saw this design it stopped my breath.  My grandfather and father made in the 50's.  It is so rare we have
not seen one since it was originally made.  A collector from Detroit had it and knew that I archive our vintage shirts. 
Its nice to meet others who appreciate the importance of preserving Western history.

Everything about this design works beautifully.  The ornate flower embroidery coordinates well with red saddle stitching. 
Heavily embellished on collar front and back and special single point cuffs. 

Our remake for men, women and children is a perfect replica of the original. Fabric is 100% cotton.  Imported.
