Esquire - Finally a Quality Shirt for People Who Love Weed

If you're a marijuana enthusiast (and we know some of you are judging by the response to this story), perhaps you've always wanted to wear your devotion on your sleeve, but haven't been impressed with the, um, quality of the weed-themed clothes on the market.

Well, that's no longer a problem, thanks to venerable western shirt maker Rockmount. The Denver-based heritage brand that invented the snap-front western shirt recently turned its craftsman's eye to Colorado's most famous cash crop (hint, it's weed), creating an elegant, weed-adorned western shirt that recalls Gram Parsons' famous Nudie suit.

Rockmount president Steve Weil told The Denver Post:

ANYBODY WHO'S NOT DEAD KNOWS THAT COLORADO'S ON THE VANGUARD OF THIS MOVEMENT, AND WE AT ROCKMOUNT LIKE TO THINK THAT'S WHAT WE DO IN THE FASHION WORLD. SO WE DEVELOPED A DESIGN THAT FITS IN OUR LONG TRADITION OF DOING FLORAL EMBROIDERIES, EXCEPT THESE FLOWERS CAN BE SMOKED.

In case you're considering copping one, the cotton gabardine twill shirts feature details like saddle stitching, arrow embroidered ends, and of course, ornate marijuana leaf embroidery.
