Jack Weil, who was said to be the oldest working CEO in America, has died at the age of 107. "Papa Jack" —as he was fondly known — founded Rockmount Ranch Wear in 1946 in Denver. His snap-buttoned shirts were a must-have for anyone who wanted to look like a cowboy — from Clark Gable to Elvis Presley to Eric Clapton to Heath Ledger.

His grandson Steve Weil calls Jack Weil "very inspiring."

"His work was his second romance — next to his marriage," he says.
